Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product or service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations: Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 4 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the sellers/merchants listed on the Platform and they have initiated the process of shipping them, or the product is out for delivery. In such an event, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.

  • Non-Cancellable Items: Chandra Readymades & Textiles does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like inners, eatables, etc. However, a refund or replacement can be made if the user establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not satisfactory.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report to our customer service team. The request will be entertained once the seller/merchant listed on the Platform has checked and determined the same at their end. This should be reported within 4 days of receipt of the products.

  • Incorrect or Unsatisfactory Products: If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 4 days of receiving the product. The customer service team will review your complaint and take an appropriate decision.

  • Warranty Issues: For products that come with a warranty from the manufacturers, please refer the issue directly to them.

  • Refund Processing: In case of any refunds approved by Chandra Readymades & Textiles, it will take 4 days for the refund to be processed to you.

Return Policy

We offer a refund or exchange within the first 2 days from the date of your purchase. If 2 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund of any kind. To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  1. The purchased item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
  2. The item must have its original packaging.
  3. If the item was purchased on sale, it may not be eligible for a return or exchange.
  4. Items will only be replaced by us, based on an exchange request, if they are found defective or damaged.

Please note that certain categories of products/items may be exempt from returns or refunds. These categories will be identified to you at the time of purchase. For accepted exchange/return requests, once your returned product/item is received and inspected by us, we will notify you via email about the receipt of the returned/exchanged product. If the request is approved after a quality check at our end, it will be processed in accordance with our policies.


Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. Orders will be shipped within 4 days from the date of the order and/or payment or as per the delivery date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase.

The Platform Owner shall not be liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company or postal authority. Delivery confirmation of our services will be sent to your email ID as specified at the time of registration. Any shipping costs levied by the seller or the Platform Owner are non-refundable.
